Apple iPhone Trade-In Program

Apple’s exchange-old-iPhone Program Goes Live.

Just a couple of days back, TechGlam had reported about Apple’s ‘exchange old iPhone for new iPhone’ program. The Apple iPhone Trade-In Program has now been officially launched in the United States. This means you can trade-in an old model iPhone for a brand new iPhone at an Apple retail store.

iPhone Reuse and Recycling Program

The trade-in initiative will take support from BrightStar Corp. The said organization will assess trade-in value of the older iPhone models.

The exchange program is valid for models such as iPhone 3G, iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, and iPhone 5. BrightStar will value old model based on factors such as screen and button quality, and the overall condition. The credit range will fall between $120 and $250.

Additional conditions also apply for the Apple iPhone Trade-In Program. For instance, the user will have to use the credit at the same time as the trade-in. The trade-in credit is applicable ONLY for a new iPhone on a contract.
